VISION

To provide partners with the expertise, connections, and resources of the Illinois Soybean Association to support the commercialization of new products or the expansion of existing offerings that utilize soy-based inputs into sustainable solutions that provide customers and users with performance and price parity.

Why Partner With Us

Illinois is the world’s top soybean producer, with annual production of more than 670 million bushels. Soybeans are a sustainably farmed, abundant, and renewable resource whose meal and oil have proven commercial, health, and environmental benefits.

For Product Makers & Innovators

The Soy Innovation Center is your green ingredient for success in the launch or expansion of your product or company. Harness the power of the Illinois Soybean Association and Illinois’ 43,000 hardworking soybean farmers as you bring your product to the market.

Types of Assistance We Offer

While many ag-tech organizations focus on advancements that help farmers increase the yield of their crops, the Illinois Soybean Association’s Soy Innovation Center is assisting businesses, innovators, and entrepreneurs as they move to commercialize and deploy their bio-based products. To help companies that utilize soybeans in their product offerings rapidly scale and expand their product offerings, our organization provides an array of advisory services and consulting and will consider strategic capital investments in your organization.

For Project Doers & Community Builders

Shareholders, constituents, customers, and consumers increasingly want to do business with organizations that align with their environmental values and source products from local, sustainable producers.

The Soy Innovation Center is accelerating the availability of viable, commercial products to help you utilize sustainable soy-based inputs in your operations and reduce your reliance on petrochemical compounds or extractive methods.

For Our Soybean Farmers

Since 1964, the Illinois Soybean Association has been serving the needs of farmers and communities across rural Illinois. The Soy Innovation Center is an extension of our mission and it is helping facilitate the additional usage of soybean derivatives to help solve the world’s growing need for sustainably sourced products.
